Botanic is a boutique flower and gift shop specializing in unique, local flowers and goods.
Each arrangement made is unlike any other. Our style is wild/bohemian; but if you want something specific, we can do it! Our main goal is to make our customers happy. We offer same-day delivery and walk-ins. We love weddings and enjoy collaborating with the brides and grooms!

Meet the Owner

Founder/Head DesignerKatie started her career in floristry 7 years ago at a hole-in-the wall flower shop in SF. There, under a wonderful mentorship, she was able to learn the ins and outs of the trade and hone her unique design skills.
Katie’s floral design style is natural, whimsical and bohemian. She loves creating wild asymmetrical bouquets filled with seasonal flowers. She also enjoys making floral installations and unique additions to weddings and events.
Bringing joy and beauty to the world is her mission and she puts the same amount of love and effort into every wedding and event she designs.

Delivery
Jett is an expert on driving! He currently helps with delivery at Botanica and any odds and ends at the shop.
He has previous experience working at Mercedes Benz as a technician, but decided to quit the rigorous mechanical work and help his fiance Katie open up the flower shop of their dreams!
His hobbies include racing and fixing up his Miata and racing his motorcycle. You can bet he’ll get your flowers to you on time.

Florist
Hannah helps with delivery, set up and tear down for weddings. You can also find her creating beautiful floral arrangements at the shop!
Hannah is an artist in the Sacramento area with a passion for bringing joy and lending a helping hand whenever she can! She has always loved all things wedding and is so happy to be a part of delivering, setting up, and ensuring beautiful floral arrangements on someone’s big day or special event!
Fun fact: Hannah’s favorite flower is a “Shirley Temple” Peony!

Incredible experience with Botanic!
For our wedding at Casa Real in Pleasanton, CA we were blown away by Botanic’s florals. It was an absolute pleasure working with Katie who understood and executed on our vision as well as accommodated a couple last minute changes. All of the floral arrangements, from centerpieces to the bouquets to the sweetheart table and even down to the boutonnieres, were all incredibly done and were exactly what we had envisioned for the wedding of our dreams. Katie was understanding, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable and took our stress away during the wedding process knowing the arrangements were in good hands. From our initial conversation to the day of our event she was easy to get in touch with, always communicated next steps, kept us updated, and most importantly- had BEAUTIFUL arrangements for us.
We asked for vibrant colors and that’s what we got! I was very specific on the look I was envisioning. It was all perfectly executed and better than I could have imagined! My jaw DROPPED when I saw my bouquet, I didn’t think florals could set the tone for those moments as you’re about to walk down to the love of your life…but it absolutely does! It was PERFECT!

Katie is so easy to work with and really helped bring my floral visions to life for our wedding!
